Unity Electro's mechanical engineering division supplies precision-fabricated structural components and assemblies to Singapore's most demanding infrastructure programmes — covering rail and transport, utilities, telecommunications and public building projects.

Our Malaysia and China factories are equipped with CNC laser cutters, turret punch machines, robotic welding arms, hydraulic press brakes and sandblasting booths — enabling repeatable, high-quality fabrication across a wide range of component types and material specifications.

Precision forming from mild steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium — using CNC laser cutting, turret punch presses, rolling machines and hydraulic press brakes for accurate, consistent results.

Precision Assembly

Multi-piece assemblies fabricated to tight dimensional tolerances by certified welders and assembly technicians — robotic welding for high-volume consistency, manual welding for complex or low-volume applications.

Multi-Stage Inspection Programme

Every fabricated component undergoes a documented, multi-stage inspection programme before leaving our facility — ensuring dimensional accuracy, structural integrity and finish quality on every order.

Material Verification

Incoming raw materials — structural steel, aluminium, galvanised sheet and stainless steel — verified against mill certificates and project material specifications before production begins.

Dimensional Inspection

Finished components measured against engineering drawings using calibrated instruments — verifying all critical dimensions, hole positions, tolerances and assembly fit before acceptance.

Welding Inspection

Weld quality, penetration, bead consistency and joint integrity verified by qualified welding inspectors to meet structural and aesthetic standards on every component type.

Coating & Finish

Zinc coating thickness measured and validated against ISO standards. Powder coat adhesion, surface finish and colour consistency inspected before despatch for all decorative and protective finishes.
